Our warehouse personnel are highly skilled and will pack your items according to our exact and precise specifications. Before shipping, all goods are carefully examined and safely secured. The warehouses are located situated in Europe in the same way as they are in the USA.
Note that orders containing more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the specific item.
We will thoroughly inspect all items ordered before shipping. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, as we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. You may not receive your purchase after it's been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. However, if thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot give you a refund or exchange.
Your item should be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. It should also be in the original package.
